A preparatory breathing used to clear away unhelpful thoughts and emotions and dispel heavy, detrimental energy from the body and aura.
- Execution: Relax, sit or stand with back straight.
- Exhale fully, pushing the air from your lungs as you visualize any bad or unwanted energy riding your breath and being expelled. Release thoughts and feelings as you exhale and enter the present moment fully by paying attention only to your breathing.
- Pause after exhale, then inhale deeply. Visualize light and helpful energy coming in with your breath. As you fill your lungs, this good energy fills your body and aura.
- This is one cycle of cleansing breath. Normally three are recommended but you may alter the number of repetitions to your liking.
