Get Seven Chakras in Seven Minutes now.
In modern Magic Theory, as the technical magical paradigm of the West is often called, you’ll find many concepts borrowed and moved over from our brethren in the East. I’ve rarely seen this done to replace outright an existing idea or method, but rather to enhance what is already there or to fill in some of the gaps left to us from our ancestor and perhaps widened over the ages.
It’s unclear why, exactly, none of the western systems throughout history fully address the concept of the human personal energy matrix. Clearly subjects we recognize today as the “light body” or “vital force” are discussed by our ancestors and have been refined by the diligent occultists of recent centuries. Notably absent, however, from any of our original teachings is a comprehensive study of the chakra system. Is this due to the fading of oral traditions that carried such wisdom? Or could it be that such treasures, in document form, were wiped away or seized and concealed by the Vatican and other elements of the conquering Christians they brought Europe under their control? Perhaps the European esoteric and occult cultures never possessed this knowledge in the first place, although candidly, this seems unlikely to me.
Whatever the reason, we can agree that neither the Maji nor the Druids nor any of their predecessors and contemporaries taught and practiced methods involving the seven major chakras and similar aspects of our being. This is at least true so far as can be seen. It is, of course, entirely possible this wisdom was indeed taught and understood yet transferred in what the uninitiated would see as a code or secret language.
Celtic and Egyptian art and myth appear t times to be conveying information about things such as the chakras, Kundalini, etc. This still leaves us with no comprehensive guidelines, which is exactly why magicians of the late 1800s began to study and encourage Yoga and the study of Vedic works.
Much progress has been made since the close of the 19th century, and today most mystics and magicians in the West are quite familiar with the seven chakras and their majesty. I humbly suggest that I have made a small contribution to the legacy of the Seven Gates within western esoterica by adding this tiny book to the lexicon.

I said the exercises are easy and effective, but you still have to put in the work and time if you plan on becoming a metaphysical badass or archmage or something like that.
